When asked, "How did you got involved in chiropractic?"

"I injured my back, and could not stand upright because of the severe pains I experienced in my back and leg. A chiropractor opened his office for me one weekend and after taking Xrays and doing a thorough exam diagnosed me with a herniated disc, which was later confirmed with an MRI. After subsequent treatments I was able to return to my adventurous life that included sky diving, bungee jumping and scuba diving. The treatment I received from the Chiropractor was so positive that it influenced my decision to pursue a career in this field versus traditional medical treatments, in which I was planning on becoming a Pediatrician. The quality of my life continues to be influenced by Chiropractic to this day in many positive ways."

"Pain is something you experience in life which helps you to appreciate it, NOT something to live with everyday."

When asked, "What else do you do in your spare time?"

If you know me, you know I don't sit around for very long.  I'm always at a race, event, fundraiser, or making a house call.

I believe in giving back to those that aren't always able to do for themselves.  I acredit my parents for instilling in me that this world is made of many people that could always use our help. For this reason I chose to join Interfaith Works Board of Directors, promote & support Warrior Cry Music Project, and Comfort Zone.  Giving back to the community that gives so much to my life is just a little of what I would love to do in this world.

In addition, I'm always up for a good challenge! Whether it be a complicated case or a new adventure.  I not only challenge my patients to achieve newer and harder goals but I take on a few myself.  Feel free to test my will. The last time I took on a challenge by one of my patients, I climbed the 100ft vertical ladder that hovered above the city of Rockville, in which I didn't look down until I got to the top.
